Loyalty program

Rules for participating in the "Arkadia Nova" hotel loyalty program:

1. Any guest can register for the loyalty program.
2. The loyalty card is linked to the guest's mobile phone number.
3. The card is issued automatically upon registration in the personal account. Registration information is also emailed to you.
4. The loyalty program participant card is cumulative, and upon reaching the next status, the guest is awarded the discount of the next level.
5. The validity period of the loyalty level is 1 year.
